FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy is a process where you along with your family address concerns that have caused broken bonds, feelings of anger, distrust and regret. It is a pace where each family member can express him/herself without fear of judgement or retaliation. In family therapy, each family member will be able to recognize how their choices affect the family as a whole and commit to the preservation of the family unit.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Therapy is a place where your beliefs, preferences and choices are respected and not judged. It is a place that can help you figure out how you can get more out of what you want in your life and in relationships. It is where you can address situations of the past and present that are contributing to your symptoms and your relationship with self and others. Your symptoms are like a flashing red light that warn you of an imbalance in your life that needs to be addressed. Therapy can help you imagine and create a more balanced life to help reduce the severity of your symptoms.
GRIEF COUNSELING
Grief counseling is a course of therapy that you, along with your therapist walk together through the stages of denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. During grief, it is a normal response to feel that things will not be the same but you can learn to continue to grow and live your best life through your pain. It is not our belief that anyone ever gets over loss, but we do believe that you can work through your pain.
